Dr. Pepper is amazing and such a nice person. He’s very kind and easy to work with. The best.
I was very reassured by the knowledge of my doc. He seemed very detail oriented and took time to make sure I not only understood but was comfortable w next steps. Told me who would be responsible for follow up(and they did!) possible timeline for results. He remembered that I had traveled a distance to see him and noted what could be done via video in future. 04.12.25 I am so, so grateful to Dr. Michael Chang, who saved daddy's life in grafting over a skull base defect left by Septoplasty (04.09.25) by a different ENT specialist at another facility, which caused Pneumocephalus resulting in dad having to stay in Stanford ICU for 5 nights. Saving lives and improving quality of lives is a studied and applied skill for which no amount of gratitude via reviews can express fully.
I was very satisfied with the customer service experience. I was show during my visit at the Stanford Otolaryngology department.
Dr Most and everyone in that office are so incredibly personable. Dr Most is professional and definitely inspires confidence in me as a patient. One of my best Stanford health care experiences.
