I drove over 2.5 hours for this appointment only to be told that nothing could be done for me because they did not have my records on hand. This is something that should’ve been ready before my appointment. I also find it hard to believe that they couldn’t pull up my records using the EHR system. Either way, I ended up driving nearly 5 hours round trip for NOTHING. Dr. Hwang and his staff, including the visiting students from other parts of the world are fantastic. The full-time doctors supporting Dr. Hwang are kind, professional and spend time explaining to me and the visiting doctors what is going on with my situation... it is fascinating for me and educational for the visiting students. Dr. Hwang is on a whole other level. He performed surgery on my in 2018 and I come back yearly now for checkups. I visited the ENT dept. because my primary doctor, who was there at clinic only few month. She urged me to ENT dept. to check my Tetanus.Not only she did not hlep me. Right after my visit. I was having head pressure like a hanner over my forhead. like lite headache. She admitted that she used too much pressure during the testing cause the problem.
