Comprehensive OBGYN at Medical City and Lake Forest locations have been one of the best medical facilities I have been to, highly recommended. Let’s start from the front desk upon arrival I was greeted me and made me feel right at home, the lab draw was effortless, the medical assistants for Beth Weir and Deborah Lee were super nice and respectful and both Nurse Practitioners made me feel comfortable and made my procedure less stressful because I have been over stressing about it all week. The staff was friendly and courteous. My wait time was less than five minutes. The clinical staff answered all of my questions and we're very thorough.
They really helped me. Finally getting that hysterectomy I've been wanting forever and a day! They have such a lovely team here, and Victoria is a most excellent scheduler.
Needed paperwork filled out for a disability leave and Joanne made this process so seamless and so quick. She called to verify with me that the paperwork had been done. And when they said they didn't receive it, she double checked in recent information. She was so quick, so efficient, and so nice, I appreciate her.
