The doctor was great, but the front desk experience was very disappointing. It was nearly impossible to communicate with the office staff. I needed my medical records, but no one answers the phone except for scheduling appointments. Messages and voicemails were never returned. The lack of basic communication made the entire experience extremely frustrating.
Everytime one of the front desk ladies answer the phone their rude as hell, no compassion nothing that will make you not even want to been seen at the office! They need to consider training or hiring new front desk staff
My experience so far has been absolutely amazing. I feel very welcomed and just seen by every single person I get in contact with and my doctor Millie she is absolutely amazing. I can tell her how I’m feeling without feeling pressured or scared. She’s very open arms. I am glad that I am going to have my second child with you guys. Thank you so much for everything you’ve done and to help me with this pregnancy so far.
It was my first time here, I called before making an appointment to make sure they took my insurance and they said they did, and upon arrival she told me I would pay $135 with insurance. I knew that was wrong but me being too nice and shy, I didn’t say anything. (I know that’s on me) the front staff acted like they didn’t want to talk to me.
