I give 1 star because it won’t let me leave zero. Long story short- and I will only give facts and leave out emotion for clarity. Had an ultrasound at this office and was told the reason I kept having miscarriages and heavy menstrual bleeding is because of a polyp inside my uterus. Scheduled surgery and got it removed. Was told before and after surgery that after three consecutive periods I would be able to get pregnant again without issue. In general, the staff have been nice to me in person. I can't complain about the wait times. I love the NP Nicole very much-very sweet and kind. However, the phone interaction with the office is the worst. I was called and informed of a problem for which I needed to make another appointment-this person was not so nice and kind of pressured me to take an appointment I didn't want. I have been calling for 3 months trying to get an apt. No one called me for 3 weeks after my referral was in. So when I called they told me there was no referal. Then I had to call my doctor who had to reissue the referral. Everytime they tell me to call the next month for open schedule to the point my referral had to be redone again. Then called Friday they said said call on Monday to schedule an apt in JUNE. called today she said she'll call me back. I'm still waiting for an apt. Worst customer service ever. The receptionist has no knowledge of how her job works. The office manager was terrible, very rude and got an attitude when I proved her wrong. They both turned a simple call into an argument. They both need lessons in customer service and respect.

If I could give them 0 stars and leave a review I would. Ive had nothing but horrible experiences left and right from this office. Not once have I actually been able to see Dr. Bourqaue who I originally stated I wanted as my doctor, but I also get charged ungodly amounts due to me being high risk and needing 2 visit every week and an ultrasound and they don't even try to run it through my insurance before making me pay.
