Dr. Sadler is great, I showed up early in case I needed to do paperwork. I was actually done before my appointment time. Definitely did not expect that, just figured I would be waiting until appointment time. Even brought a book to read, didn’t even get a chance to open it up. Staff were also very friendly!!

Came in for my appointment and got immediately turned away because I "didn't complete the questionnaire in enough time, and it takes too much time to complete." Mind you, I never received an email or any communication saying I must complete it before the appointment. Normally doctor's offices let you sit in the lobby and finish it if you hadn't beforehand.
