Comprehensive is hands-down the most incredible OBGYN office. I transferred over in the middle of infertility struggles when my OBGYN stopped practicing. I’ve been calling for over 2 weeks. Every time I called they couldn’t give me information on if I was approved for an appointment scheduling with any doctors. For all that time NO ONE told me I wasn’t going to be covered with my insurance the entire time till today. When I called the woman on the phone said I wasn’t in the system…. Terrible experience! This was a new patient appt and felt so rushed and very dismissive! I saw Sadler who didn’t take much time even hear me completely out, she was prob in the room less than 10 minutes and that’s including the exam! I had to ask to have labs done and then she said they actually don’t do labs after a certain time then why even set new patient appt late afternoon. Definitely won’t be coming back here.

Polite staff, very clean and well-organized office. Dr. Sean was very attentive, explained everything clearly, and answered all my questions. I was seen on time with almost no wait. She even called me personally with my test results and gave helpful recommendations — that means a lot to me. Wonderful experience. Thank you!

This office is amazing. I can get a mammogram there in 5 minutes and then go right to my exam room. Front office staff is friendly and helpful. Every NP and doctor is kind and caring. I always feel comfortable with everyone there.
