Dr. Magua is amazing! She radiated peace throughout my entire procedure and I felt so calm in her hands. She is professional and personable and I have always felt comfortable with her during all my visits. Yohana is also amazing and sooo patient, she helped me through the scheduling of my procedure and answered all my questions.
Office was very clean and staff very pleasant and helpful. I was taken AT MY APPT TIME (which never happens these days at most Dr's appts!) MA was very attentive to my needs. Was on exam table 5 min when Lorena APRN came in for exam. She listened to my concerns and explained everything she was about to do. I was very nervous but calmed down immediately. Did some tests and prescribed Rx and said she would call with results. Would go back to her in a heartbeat and highly recommend her!
This is the worse doctors office ever they ruined my gender before I could have a gender reveal and the medical assistant Named Dee is really rude she hung up in my face I talked to the manager Tatiana and she informed me that the physicians gave them the ok to hang up if a customer is rude and I was never even rude to begin with this is horrible , I hate it here and will be calling corporate until this matter is truly dealt with.
