Don't bother. My daughter was evaluated. The doctor was very nice. But now she can't get in to have a follow-up appointment. So much for the doctor saying they would be there for her. The office staff is non-existent and awful.
I'm surprised by the negative reviews for this place. My experience was excellent. Dr. Beth Karrasick did a fantastic job diagnosing my daughter, and Dr. Kyler Allen was punctual, professional, and thorough in his evaluation of me. I received both evaluation reports promptly. While the front desk isn't staffed in-person, clear signage directs patients to the entrance and doctor's offices. I have a referral with this office my daughter was told to reach out to make an appointment for me she called Friday last week left a message and no one has reached out she called this week no response left another message no response again smh not happy at all with the way they do things
Never respond to calls I think they are out of business
I’m shocked by the negative reviews for CNS. I saw Dr Allen and my experience was fantastic. I highly recommend him. My experience with this clinic is all positive.
