Dr Urgilez was helpful and the medicine is helping… however, for my first appointment that receptionist was 30 minutes late to the office so I had to wait and I just arrived for my second appointment on time and it turns out that they’re closed for painting. I had this appointment scheduled for over a month and I was never informed that the office was going to be closed on the day of my appointment. Very unprofessional services
Overall experience was 2 stars but the actual doctor was great and I would gladly go back as well as recommend him. Visit Experience : One of the receptionists is pretty rude and condescending even to those old enough to be her mother. We had to wait in an empty waiting room 25 minutes past my appointment time. I was on time, even a bit early, so why can’t they be too? Lastly, the nurse that took my blood pressure had no idea who I was; she had gotten the names of her patients confused and had to verify my identity. Doctor E... read more
Wonderful staff/team. The Doctor is amazing as well. Great Jo’s scheduling as fast as possible. Really treated like a human and not just a number. A++ service. 10/10 would recommend.
I have been trying to reach the office, and no one is returning my calls. But why? Poor customer service and very unprofessional services.
