saw both the physician assistant at the hospital and Dr. Martins in the office — they were both excellent. The two ladies at the front desk were also very kind and welcoming. Overall, it was a wonderful experience
Terrible service the level of incompetence is unreal. You can't ever get through to speak with the physician or his medical assistant. The foreign gentleman who answer the phone and process prior authorization for insurance are rude and incompetent. Nothing ever gets accomplished. Take your concerns and treatment elsewhere.
UPDATE: For someone with severe head pain, and no answer as to why I have the pain, it is incredibly scary and disheartening that it is very very difficult to simply get in contact with this office. They pay for a 3rd party to manage calls, and those employees are horrible and are never helpful. And when they do transfer your call, it is generally sent straight to voicemail. This office is terrible. Stay away. The office administrative staff are rude and error prone. They are habitually late in opening the office. They regularly ignore phone calls and faxes from patients and from pharmacies. When confronted about their failure to return calls or responded to faxes, they lie.
Dr Urgilez was helpful and the medicine is helping… however, for my first appointment that receptionist was 30 minutes late to the office so I had to wait and I just arrived for my second appointment on time and it turns out that they’re closed for painting. I had this appointment scheduled for over a month and I was never informed that the office was going to be closed on the day of my appointment. I spent plenty of money on an Uber to get out here and now I have to spend more money on an Uber to get back for absolutely not... read more
