Most unprofessional and just down right rude doctor I’ve ever had to deal with. This man just wants to run tests to make money. Then complains that he has to pay his staff to run his office. If you’re looking for a compassionate doctor who is in the field to help people, he isn’t the one. He’s only here to see how much money he can squeeze out of your insurance. Negative stars would be more appropriate. I called to get a refill sent to a pharmacy last week. That pharmacy was out of stock and I simply needed them to send it to a different pharmacy. I was told twice by 2 different staff members that it would be taken care of THAT DAY. It has now been 2 weeks with a call to the office daily (sometimes multiple calls) and they still have not called in the RX...FOR NARCOLEPSY. Not only is it horribly unprofessional, but also dangerous. The staff here are a joke.
Despite the misleading name, this is not a comprehensive neurology clinic in any way. This clinic that only sees patients diagnosed with epilepsy. They do not even offer regular neurological exams or scans outside of the field of epilepsy. It took me a whole day of trying to discuss things with their inept staff to figure this out.
