I had to get an MRI about 3 years ago and all the staff were incredibly helpful. They assisted me with getting an estimate for the costs, getting me the earliest available appt, and the overall experience was great. I'm posting a review now because I need to get another MRI and I noticed there were so many negative reviews and it doesn't add up. I will post another review after I get my second MRI.

Have been waiting over a week for my results because they are “behind on reports” this is ridiculous ive been in pain waiting and waiting and front desk said they would follow up and never called me back! Super unprofessional horrible just horrible

Very difficult to make an appointment. Getting tests is stressful enough between having to get referrals and insurance and pre-certifications. I have called this MRI four times and still haven’t been able to get an appointment. They always need one more piece of information.
