I am extremely disappointed with my experience at Comprehensive MRI. I arrived 11:05 a.m. for a 12:15 p.m. MRI appointment that included medically necessary flexion and extension imaging ordered by my physician due to ongoing spine concerns after an auto accident. Prior to the appointment, I specifically confirmed with both the MRI facility and my surgeon’s office that the order included flexion/extension imaging. If I could give 0 stars I would. Horrible experience from when I first called, all the way to receiving the report. First, they rescheduled me 3 times because they kept on scheduling me for the wrong scan, even though I repeated myself and talked to multiple people throughout the 2 days, someone would call back and give me entirely different information. I asked to be signed up for the patient portal as soon as I got there, they said I should be receiving an email and I never did. Turns out, even after I said it was wrong in... read more
