If I could give 0 stars I would. Horrible experience from when I first called, all the way to receiving the report. First, they rescheduled me 3 times because they kept on scheduling me for the wrong scan, even though I repeated myself and talked to multiple people throughout the 2 days, someone would call back and give me entirely different information. Excellent service. Friendly staff
I know there’s a lot of negative reviews, but my experience was as close to perfect as I could have hoped for. I am severely claustrophobic, and have had multiple failed attempts trying to get an MRI until this place. The receptionists at the front desk were attentive and helpful, and most of all polite. Also, the tech was awesome! He could tell I was nervous, and instead of going about his job, he cracked some jokes & really helped me get into a comfortable position(as well as, comforting me during the procedure)! I don’t think this office could coordinate a 2 car parade.. verified multiple times if they faxed over my wife’s mri. Said they did and they did not. On top of that gave us some dvd from 2005 and decided not to tell us we needed it for our next appointment so they can see what’s wrong. Totally incompetent
