Wow! This establishment needs upper management to reach out when a patient makes a formal complaint. I went in January after a friend mentioned she went to office and had a great experience. Unfortunately my was not. I called was told to become a new patient you need to come in fill out paperwork and then you speak to someone in intake about your concerns and then you can speak to a psychiatrist no need for an appointment its first come first serve. Very helpful in the past. Has gone downhill. I will never use your services again. I have never been treated with such disrespect at a mental health facility and the pharmacist was EXTREMELY RUDE.
I called and spoke with a pleasant woman named Tabitha. Was looking to get info for my husband. She explained the process of intake and then setting him up with a doctor. I specifically asked if they accepted our insurance, to which she replied they did. BS!!!!!!! He wasted his morning going in and filling out paperwork for them to say they only take Medicaid and military insurance. One star for whoever Andrew is, dude has an attitude and shouldn’t be speaking to mental health patients the way he does. Maybe find a new job!
