I waited for 3 hours to talk to a TV, with the sun on the screen, couldn't hardly hear..because I'm old. I suppose anger management could be added to the list of stuff they won't treat me for. I had to give the star in order to post.
If you want help don't waste your time here.
Transferred here after a move to KC. They called my first prescriptions into to the wrong Walgreens. Then they told me I had to tell Walgreens to correct their mistake even though they are literally my provider. Once I called Walgreens they said that my refill request had been sent 6 days earlier and they were waiting on Comprehensive to get back to them. Somehow in 2 phone calls no one at Comprehensive knew this already but what they did know was that it was my fault off rip.
I’m not sure why everyone is so rude in the other reviews, as people seemed to have lost their dignity. However, I’ve had nothing but pleasant experiences here. My provider Dr. Brooks has been nothing short of amazing and the staff are beyond sweet and helpful. Perhaps you all should show some kindness and it would be reciprocated back. They always smile and treat me well when I have my appointments and I live over an hour way to come here! With all the run arounds, Misinformation, and delays you’re probably better off blowing your brains out! Stay away from psychiatrist Crawford! Very unprofessional, dismissive, and not interested in helping anyone.
