They do not answer the phone. New patient on hold for 20 minutes. Never spoke to anyone.
Have been trying to make appointment with my therapist. Kept calling and leaving messages. Never returned my call. They deserve a zero star rating.
What a nightmare trying to get appointment. Repeatedly on hold/no answer/busy leave message when transferred. Left repeated messages, no cb. Finally tried to set appt with my dr. I had been seeing for past several years. No can do. I'm considered a new patient cuz it's been 2 years, and I now am required to see an associate first at $450 since they don't take my insurance. Absolutely horrible, toxic unsafe working atmosphere! Danielle is the most ineffective "manager" I've ever come across and medical assistant melissa is rude and unprofessional to everyone in her path..ignores patients repeatedly!
