They do not answer the phone. New patient on hold for 20 minutes. Never spoke to anyone.
Have been trying to make appointment with my therapist. Kept calling and leaving messages. Never returned my call. They deserve a zero star rating.
What a nightmare trying to get appointment. Repeatedly on hold/no answer/busy leave message when transferred. Left repeated messages, no cb. Finally tried to set appt with my dr. I had been seeing for past several years. No can do. I'm considered a new patient cuz it's been 2 years, and I now am required to see an associate first at $450 since they don't take my insurance.
