I wish I could provide zero stars. Had a procedure done in 2018 and was told I would be covered fully by insurance. Fast forward a couple years later and I begin receiving bills for over $3k but when I call the office I am told to “just ignore it”. Finally asked to speak to billing, which took a week, when I got a notice this year - 7 years later - and am told that they would “take off some changes” but that I owe $320. I had a wonderful experience at Comprehensive Medical from the efficient and friendly check in procedures to the professional and very comfortable acupuncture treatment. Always a smile from any of the staff that I meet in the office. The office is very comfortable, clean and efficiently managed. I highly recommend Tom for acupuncture therapy.
