Ive been a patient here for years. I had to cancel an appointment with just under 48 hours notice. I was told id receive a phone call about the fee but never did. Now I've got an email owing money. When theyve cancelled on me say of, I just had to accept it. The therapists are great. Managments a joke.

Could not be more happy to have dr. Schaat as my doctor for I believe 6 years now. He is the 1st doctor I’ve trusted in my adult life as I have had many negative experiences prior. He listens and cares. I had to give 5 star review because of how much I appreciate dr. Schaat but I will say the office staff has not always been the best.. especially over the phone. Always pleasant in person. Seems like the new office staff is much improved though.

First off I'd give almost everyone 5 stars because they are so kind and very welcoming. However the last few appointments with Erika were completely off putting and hurtful. 1. I gained 80+ lbs in a year and was constantly telling her I think it had to be a medication I was taking. Never have I gained weight like this. Erica is the BEST! She is extremely knowledgeable about medication. I appreciate how she really listened to me. She was patient and unwilling to stop helping until I found relief with the right medication. The front desk staff is great too. I recommend this place to anyone who has had a hard time finding the right fit for medication. Erica absolutely knows what she's talking about.
