I had a terrible experience at this medspa. I went in for a laser treatment and ended up with burns on my skin that were painful and alarming. When I brought this up, the staff were dismissive and unhelpful. In particular, Nina was extremely rude and made me feel like I was the problem instead of acknowledging the issue. I expected professionalism and care, but instead I left feeling ignored and mistreated. I would strongly caution anyone considering this place -your skin and well-being deserve better.
I have been coming to Comprehensive Laser since 2019 and I can say with full confidence that this is the place to go. Nina and her team truly never fail to provide a top-tier experience and my services are always completed with attention to detail and care.
Nina is beyond amazing! She is so professional and extremely attentive. I 100% would trust her with anything I need aesthetically. I will be back without a doubt.
I followed Tara to Comprehensive Laser and willingly drive 45-50 mins because I trust her to advise me on all things skincare. I feel mutual respect and supported but never pressed. I went to have a consultation with Tara at the Olney location and she is the absolute best! She is always so kind, sweet, friendly, and most importantly, honest about what I need and what I don’t need. I appreciate this the most about her.
