The receptionist staff wasn’t very welcoming at first. As soon as I got to the counter, everyone was Speaking about what appointment this was before they even addressed me and one lady just ordered another staff member to tell me to sit down and someone will be with me, and the first time someone addressed me was at that point. I would’ve preferred at least a “Welcome to ____, How may I help you?”. But where that experience lacked in hospitality upon entrance, the service and treatment made up for it on the exit. Dr. Pervaiz is an angel i absolutely love her i’ve had bad experiences with every other doctors in other practices dealing with my condition she is extremely caring and compassionate she cares about my concerns and always finds the best solution to everything and always puts my comfort first i never feel judged 100% recommend got my mother in law here as a patient as well i found my forever doctor.
