Chris was great to work with. Upon meeting at the house we wanted to purchase, he went over the process and let us know that he wanted to involve us during the inspection process so that we received a real-time better understand of his findings and what his concerns were. Chris did a home inspection for me in April of 2017, no major issues were found during his inspection. After moving into the home there were plumbing issues and a gas leak that may have occurred post inspection. What didn't occur post inspection was the roof being rotted to the point of needing to be replaced down to all rafters needing replacement two months after taking posession of the home.
