My exam was a wonderful experience all because my audiologist/technician was truly exceptional in every aspect of her responsibilities. She was scrupulously professional and congenial; she patiently explained each step in the exam process and answered my questions precisely before continuing. To my surprise, the moment I exited the testing booth, she was totally elated to announce that my hearing was actually in the normal range! I was surprised, and relieved, but she was simply ecstatic!
