I feel compelled to share my positive experience thus far with Selah E&T. This facility has a group of highly trained professionals; The patience they have for this line of work is impressive and it takes a selfless, and giving kind of person to pursue it. I dont recommend this facility, they have practically no groups, everyone basically sits in chairs staring at walls all day. The facility also escalates to extreme measures very quickly, once they get frustrated with “dealing with you”, they were going to get an order to give me medication by force (physical restraint and a shot, every day for as long as they want) because they placed me on a medication that i informed them that i had previously had a very negative experience with. This is a phenomenal facility. I was there for a week during the Thanksgiving week. The staff was super professional and empathetic. The food was decent. Everyone was so kind and patient. Great folks.
