This is a phenomenal facility. I was there for a week during the Thanksgiving week. The staff was super professional and empathetic. The food was decent. Everyone was so kind and patient. Great folks.
I loved the staff and how caring they are ♡
This facility doesn’t have a social worker yet has a patient advocate who doesn’t bother to advocate for their patients. There is a lack of communication overall with family. Maybe they get so used to patients that don’t have family. Maybe it’s the lack of funding or maybe it’s the lack of empathy of their employees. My prayers go out to all the families and patients
I didn't think about doing a review for them, but it's been over a year since I was there and I *still* think about this place from time to time. Seriously helped me when I was at the lowest point in my life. I met some pretty great people while there, too. The staff were friendly and treated me and everyone there with respect. Highly recommend inpatient facilities when you reach your lowest point.
