I dont recommend this facility, they have practically no groups, everyone basically sits in chairs staring at walls all day. The facility also escalates to extreme measures very quickly, once they get frustrated with “dealing with you”, they were going to get an order to give me medication by force (physical restraint and a shot, every day for as long as they want) because they placed me on a medication that i informed them that i had previously had a very negative experience with. This is a phenomenal facility. I was there for a week during the Thanksgiving week. The staff was super professional and empathetic. The food was decent. Everyone was so kind and patient. Great folks.
I loved the staff and how caring they are ♡
This facility doesn’t have a social worker yet has a patient advocate who doesn’t bother to advocate for their patients. There is a lack of communication overall with family. Maybe they get so used to patients that don’t have family. Maybe it’s the lack of funding or maybe it’s the lack of empathy of their employees. My prayers go out to all the families and patients
