I wish all my doctors & nurses were as empathetic, understanding and kind as the fabulous folks here. I’ve been through the wringer medically. I can promise you that you won’t find better nurses anywhere.
Gina did an amazing job of placing my IUD and removing an arm implant. She was so talented and professional, answered all questions, and made me feel very safe. I had very minimal pain in both procedures and definitely recommend this facility to people looking for birth control options! Follow up, 1.5 years later: returned to Gina for a pap smear and breast exam. Didn’t expect it to be a highlight of my day. I got my IUD placed here. Every single person I interacted with was so kind and caring. Gina was astounding, amazing kindness and bedside manner. Before I even visited, I called with a ton of questions and they had an answer for every single one. They worked around my insurance and made sure that I was taken care of. The IUD placement hurt but it was quick and 10x better than my previous IUD at the Mizzou student health center. I 100% recommend this Planned Parenthood for IUD insertion!
