RATING: I had no choice but to give this place one star but they've truly earned NO STARS. Not professional at all when it comes to healthcare billing or the senior living situation. For example, it was written in an email that a senior in a LTC facility "was a bill" and "if they did not get access to all income to pay outstanding bill the senior would be removed from the LTC facility". Correct me if I'm wrong, but isn't this facility's responsibility to handle outstanding bills not decide who is a bill and who stays and goe... read more
