First, the facility is clean. Secondly, the staff is clean. Thirdly, I don't know this for a fact, but their refrigerator must hold some of the best take out in town! I noticed that during a patient rush, the therapist team was agile, focused, and mindful of the clients around them, and the treatments they were scheduled for. The staff is great at the Rochester Hills location. The facility is clean and disinfected. I had a second thumb surgery for arthritis, and they helped me gain my motion and strength back. The staff is knowledgeable, friendly, helpful and caring! Jen took the time to listen to my concerns and goals. I had an issue with my insurance and billing and Laurie was very helpful in solving the issue! I highly recommend Comprehensive Hand Therapy!
