Really nice location and environment BUT the receptionist has the ugliest personality. I came here twice and every time she seems bothered to be working and disregard whatever you have to say. I just wanted to pick up some medication for my grandmother and she was like just looking around, like okay can you please let me know when you will restock without losing business. Never again! I only gave it a 3 because the inside decoration was nice.

Moved here from Ohio was very pleased with Dr Lam but over the last year her receptionist made me change drs. She does not only not answer the phone for days but does not return calls. I ordered diabetic shoes in Oct 16 and after several calls and a visit they were the wrong shoes. I still do not have new shoes. I called over a week ago because my portal says I have a $ 300 credit and she again has not returned my call. I have been seeing Dr. Lam over the course of the last two years. She performed surgery on my foot. I had the same surgery done on the other foot some years before by another doctor. Dr. Lam was excellent! Not only is her bedside manner friendly and professional, but her knowledge and skill is very evident in her treatment. The surgery went well, the healing was quick and complete, and her followup visits have been thorough. I cannot recommend her highly enough.

Dr. Lam really knows what she's doing. She takes the time to make sure you don't feel rushed. Her office staff is excellent and on-the-ball. I highly recommend Dr. Lam!
