I received my lab results showing high triglycerides, but I am very disappointed that no one from your office reached out to explain what these numbers mean or what precautions I should take. A clinic should be more than just a middleman that sends blood to a lab; it should provide professional medical guidance

This was one of the most frustrating and poorly handled medical office experiences I have had. (MANAGER’s attitude was so annoying) My March 17 appointment was canceled due to insurance issues, yet I was never notified in advance. I only discovered this by calling the morning of the appointment. Failing to inform patients of cancellations in a timely manner is a serious breakdown in basic office responsibility. Super rude even from the get go. Throws you the sign in sheet, that's their hello. Had to wait a month and a half just for an appointment, when I get there, they say I never called and I have no appointments. Also, they don't take my insurance anymore, surprise! Could have called me or even let me know when I called them. This place needs to rot out of existence, but they won't because where else can you go, really??

I would give zero stars if I could. I went to this doctor as a new patient and had a very disappointing experience. She was rude, dismissive, and didn’t even take the time to look at me while I was speaking. There was no proper review of my medical history or basic first visit checkup. Most alarming, she refused to refill one of my heart medications without offering a clear explanation or plan. I would STRONGLY recommend not going here, especially if you have any major medical conditions.
