Have been going to them the last several years and I'm now moving my business. The doctor himself is nice enough,, when you do see him. office staff is always rude and flippant. Wow! I'm reading these comments and I have had the exact issues! I have had to twice, go into the office to personally ask for my refill to be called in. It's true, they don't return calls. The MA and office manager need to be fired. Even though Dr. Gambino is perfectly qualified I have had to make an appt for a refill on a script that wasn't necessary. Instead of going in once a year, you're forced to go in every 6 months for your scripts. I have never had to do this B4 It's not a controlled substance that requires doctor v... read more
How can you run a practice much less a business when the doctor is never there, you can never reach him, you can never get prescription refills nor can you get anyone to answer the phone much less return calls! They are months behind in refilling my medication to the point where it's truly affecting my health and urgent care won't just write prescriptions I ask them to.
