I am extremely dissatisfied with the process of my scheduled appointment. I booked my appointment after confirming the availability through a phone call. Despite confirming the day before my scheduled visit, upon arriving at the practice, I was stunned to discover that Dr. Martinez was not available and not at her practice. Appointment handling of this practice needs improvement as I did my part as a patient, yet still faced issues. My experience was not satisfactory, thus I cannot recommend this practice.
