Horrible to say the absolute least wait, wait, wait. If I have the common courtesy in being on time, they need to have common professionalism to see me when I arrive.
My experience was very great! I was taken care of and got the best customer service and support that a person can ask for! Michalin was especially very helpful and supportive! This place and people are highly recommended!!
Very slow! They book 5 people to get a cleaning at 8 AM and does each person one by damn one ! If your appointment at 8 you won’t be seen until 9!!! They sooooooo sloooowwwwww
Very unprofessional. I was hung up on while trying to make an appointment, the receptionist laughed before hanging up. After I made a post about it, they kept calling me way after I called. I had to block the number. I will NEVER try to make another appointment.
in the process of changing my dentist because of this place. from the start, this place NEVER got me in on time. we would be the first and last ones sitting in the lobby. we would have an appointment at 10:30 for example, we wouldn’t be checked until 11:30 possible 12. everytime we are there, we complain that we can never get in on time. not only that, how do u mess up an appointment time? i ask for fridays every single time im there because u schedule me monday every time.u put me for next monday. also, they found problems ... read more
