I’ve been here 4 too many times. The people are nice, but the service is always slow. I always wait more than an hour. My last visit was an hour in the waiting room and two hours waiting in the back before my child received an extraction. Definitely won’t refer anyone due to multiple people in the lobby complaining of the same.

My daughter has been going here since she was in highs school a little before but she got diagnosed with mental illness after getting out. She sees Dr. Mathis. My first time speaking with or interacting with her was today and I must say she is very rude and unprofessional and has no empathy for her patients the people she is supposed to be treating and helping. Traveling and stopped at a Walmart. This Dentist office is in the same parking lot and I did a walk-in and Dr. Mathis and the staff were all down to earth and I left feeling much better
