My partner and I attended one of Lisa’s Gottman trainings and honestly, it was such a game changer for us. We picked up so many helpful tools for being more intentional with each other, showing appreciation, and getting through tough conversations without it turning into an argument. Lisa was super involved the whole time, made everything easy to understand, and really took the time to answer everyone’s questions. Did Lisa’s workshop in January of this year, it is now June, a whole 6 months later and my partner and I are still practicing our “State of the Union” meetings! We love this tool so much, it has helped us in so many ways (along with all the other tools taught over the workshop) that the only regret we have is that we wished we had only done this SOONER. We did the Gottman Science and Art of Love workshop this last weekend and it was nothing short of life changing. Lisa has an amazing ability to keep the audience captivated throughout the full sessions and make time fly by so fast. You can tell that she puts a lot of love into this workshop and cares about the smallest of details. The workshop was great! My boyfriend & I learned some new skills of communication which I sometimes am not great at. We felt comfortable with the discussions & role play. We laughed a lot between ourselves and felt the information was very informative. I recommend to all.
