The Art and Science of Love workshop exceeded our expectations and is highly recommended! We attended to both support and better understand the experience, as well as grow personally as a couple. During one of the exercises, my wife and I discussed how different it was than anything else we have done for our marriage and how much it would have helped us if we had these tools much earlier. We attended the Gottman workshop this weekend and were genuinely impressed. It offered practical, tactical tools that feel applicable to marriages at any stage. Lisa was incredibly knowledgeable and presented the material in a way that was both approachable and grounded. We left with real strategies we can use right away.
The Art & Science of Love Couples Workshop was amazing, I'm so grateful for this experience! We walked away from the weekend with some new shared language to articulate how we're thinking and feeling. I have a better objective understanding of the ways couples face challenges, and more importantly, how to work through them together in a way that brings both people closer together.
