Terrible. Ilene Masser an LCSW (Riverdale Location) is a joke. First 10-15 mins into consult determined my primary doctor should readjust my meds. Refused to fill out assessment paperwork for my job because she says it’s for my primary doctor to fill out. She’s the one seeing me not my primary. Waste of time. Useless. Called to speak to an office manager and got sent to voicemail. 7 days later and no word from anyone in charge. Terrible company. Would give it 0 stars if the system would allow me to post.
