Appointment Staff honestly really don’t care and sounds like they don’t want to be there
Their therapist Ati was literally the worst experience I've had this far in therapy. She was rude, pretentious and even claimed that I didn't care about my therapy. However, the receptionist and other therapists have been very kind to me.
Maria is the best counselor , honestly she has saved my life & I honestly would not be as put together if it weren't because of her.
The receptionist and the social worker are not the best. The receptionist clearly recommended to go else where if the social worker was not helping. But expressing there is was something wrong with me. That’s insulting - it’s a dehumanizing was to treat a returning patient. Just to defend their colleague, she lost ethics. Someone with a really mental condition would have insulted her or been violent towards her.
