I went here for a covid test and won't be going back for any medical help in the future. They are not very communicative or informative, I was confused the moment I got there. Doctor did the test in the parking lot and told me my results would be available in 2 days. 3 days go by, I received no email or phone call. When I called to check in, they told me that I would have to schedule an appointment with a doctor to get my results and the next available appointment was in 12 DAYS. was unable to get results from bloodwork over the phone. have never had this happen before. was asked to make an additional appointment. extremely inconvenient if you work full-time. dr. we are supposed to be assigned to has not been there for past 3 appointments and in one instance we were not notified, correctly, that she needed to cancel and reschedule. so showed up to office and we had no appointment. all the drs. there have been very nice, however, and the phlebotomist was very good with my daughter in drawing her blood... read more
