I DID MY SLEEP SUTDY LAST WEEK. I LET THEM KNOW I NEEDED MY TEST RESULTS AS SOON AS POSSBLE BECAUSE I HAVE HIGH BLOOD PRESSURE, THEY WONT RELEASE TEST RESULTS TO ME UNTIL I DO A FOLLOW UP WHICH IS A WEEK LATER... LEONELA ORTEGA EMAILED ME SAYING TO SCHEDULE A FOLLOW UP AND I CALLED INSTEAD TO SEE AND APPARENTLY I HAVE NO TEST RESULTS. BUT I HAVE AN EMAIL SAYING I DO. 1. They get one star. The room, the tech were acceptable but you would figure that by August 21st I would’ve had my results from a July 27th study. Two mistakes here one someone at this clinic did not complete my report and send it off to my doctor. Two my doctors office scheduling my follow-up for August 14th and not getting report from sleep center. I wasted my day at the doctor’s office and here it is on the 21st and still no report. TL; DR DO NOT go here for a sleep study. The staff here is dangerously incompetent bordering on medical fraud. I waited quite a bit before deciding to finally write this. I wanted to see if I still felt so strongly shocked and disgusted at the level of apathy and lack of care by the staff here eight months later. To start, I have been using a CPAP machine for years. Dr. Kapur seemed like a great doctor after meeting with her for the first time. I was very hopeful about finally finding a plan to treat my rare condition after almost 2 years of trying to get diagnosed properly and find the right treatment plan. Fast forward almost 2 months after my first appointment with Dr. K and I still have not made any progress with my treatment due to misleading information about how long the process of being approved for a sleep study is.
