Let me start by saying I love Dr Tai. He has taken great care of me and my condition. He will always be my doctor. The office staff and trying to get someone from the office on the phone is another story. I got new insurance and received a call from the office stating they needed it updated in my file. (Don't know who left the message because of course she did not leave her name). I call back to give them my updated info and get the general mailbox. I have known Dr.Tai for over 10 years and he and his staff treat me as family. I believe his diagnosis saved my life.
Dr. is never there.
every time we call the office we always get the answering machine and they never return calls we've called in four times to have a prescription refilled and they never did call it in We had to go elsewhere to try to get it filled through urgent care. they need to get rid of their staff and rehire all new that wants to work. We have spoke to the doctor several times about his staff not wanting to call back and he keeps blaming it on the phone system
