This place dont have a good organization with the staff ,everytime they said ,appt is cancel because ,refer is no received,two time happen to me ,go there to tell me is been cancel,that they call me and is no true
They never answer the phone absolutely no excuse they have two offices… I was supposed to make an appointment for a follow up after a hospital procedure. I’ve been calling for five days straight NO ONE ANSWERS THE PHONE AND NO CALLS BACK! I like the cardiologist, but I will be leaving this practice because of the incompetency of the office staff— billing is another nightmare!
