The staff at Good Samaritan Comprehensive Breast Care Center (GS-CBCC) was truly amazing!! They were professional and empathetic towards my needs and care. The procedure was painless, unbelievable to what I had expected it to be. A big shout out to Dr. Rosensweig, nurse Juliya and Gail who helped me through the process and did a phenomenal job! I have been coming here for decades. The new woman who does intake for the breast center, named Evelyn is completely inept at her job. For example, I am sitting here at for over a half hour, she is putting in the name of the woman who did my exam at Dr. Maureen Whelihan’s office and looking for her address. When I try to explain that it is Dr. Whelihan’s office, she says, “you can’t help me.” Really? She is trying really hard, but she is not professional. Excellent and superb patient centric care! Really nice environment and exceptional service and thoughtfulness. I need an answer in a day so often get a mammogram and US and they delivered this concierge care seemlessly - very professional and kind technical staff. Hands on and wonderful staff all under the direction of a gem of the breast center manager, Colleen!!!
I recently had a scare. They got me in quickly. They were thorough and i was blessed with good results. I can’t thank Colleen Cambell, Alicia Armento, & Doris Silva enough for their reassurance and compassion. They truly are the best at what they do!
Karen in the Echo department is great very professional, caring and kind spirit. She did a great job and she made me feel very comfortable. Also, all the personnel at the front desk was excellent very friendly and helpful
