Front office staff is absolutely terrible. Read the rest of the reviews, you’re losing business because of the office staff.
Firstly, Dr. Smith is great! I would have given this 5 stars were it not for the insane experiences I’ve had with the highly unprofessional staff. The staff are incompetent and rude. They have taken up time from my session to figure out my balance rather than figure it out BEFORE I arrive. They showed me very confusing documentation about my charges. phones are alway off .. unprofessional.. unorganized.. refuse to make appointment until payment is taken .. left various messages to dr about my meds not one staff personnel has gotten back to mr .. do not recommend coming here at all.. office manager is completely rude.. does not know how to speak to people n always finds a excuse for mr to pay money out of pocket WHEN my insurance covers absolutely evertging.. disgusting do not recommend at all
