I have been prescribed clonazepam for well over 4 years. I have recently moved from NYC to Alliance and was seeking to continue my care. Dr. Alex (I believe) wants to try to get me off of it which I'm not opposed to, however he refuses to do the responsible thing and taper me off because not doing so puts me at risk of seizure and death. As he said, "I wasn't the doctor who prescribed it to you so its not my responsibility." What sort of medical professional says their patient isn't their responsibility? They tried to get me therapy and lied this is my second appointment no call I tried calling them no answer. Mental health is not important to this facility.
