Run far away from this place. These people are uneducated and just throwing potent medication at people to “see what works” and having you stop suddenly without weening or even telling you that you can have severe symptoms from stopping suddenly. I will be filing a report with the state of Ohio. If you value your health look elsewhere.
I’ve been seeing Kim here for meds and I always feel like I’m talking to someone who never met me before. Then I requested a counselor for some things I’ve been going through and after it taking a good 6 months, they finally schedule me with someone who makes me feel like I’m answering a survey, not trying to learn about me to help me. I love my case manger she always answers when I need her and she has taught me a couple of things too ..I love nyla
I was a patient here from around 2014 to 2023. Staff is extremely disorganized. It is impossible to get anyone to answer the phone or get a solid answer to any questions you may have. I have been hung up on multiple times.Since my last attendance I have been attempting to get my medical records from this office. Havent received my records and neither has my new office after multiple attempts. Huge violation of HIPPA.
