Dr. Jack and his team are true professionals. They put a detailed action plan in place for my back injury. Every visit was pleasant and the staff was always eager to help and assist with my physical therapy. The staff is very knowledgeable and kind. After being involved in an auto accident that left me dealing with a concussion and spine injury, I was struggling and honestly didn’t know where to turn. One star for the ladies at the front desk who were super nice. Not sure where all these good reviews came from but they are not true. Dr. Jack’s ego barely fit in his office and the therapy area was like a zoo. WAY too crowded and very impersonal with one therapist working with several patients at the same time. Everyone seemed to be doing the same generic exercises. I know from previous back injuries that most of them were not things I should be trying on day ONE of healing before even seeing my MRI to know what’s going on.... read more
I had an outstanding experience. The facility is luxurious and welcoming, but what truly stands out is the quality of care. Dr. Jack and the staff are highly knowledgeable, compassionate, and attentive. They made me feel comfortable from the moment I arrived and genuinely helped improve my condition. I’m grateful for their expertise and highly recommend them.
This place is truly amazing ! I had the most amazing experience here. Schedule is extremely flexible, everyone here is so genuine and amazing. They truly care about your recovery and want you to get back to your best self. The staff, I can’t say enough amazing things about them ! They have a kids area which is amazing and has so many toys !
