Don’t waste your time here. They took down my info, set me up with an appointment and then completely ghosted me.
The provider i saw made many errors throughout her report, including incorrect dates for precipitating events by more than 5 years. There were also personal judgements throughout that were not based on any medical evidence and reached beyond the scope of their report. Upon requesting clarification about vague terms that do not translate to any diagnostic terms in the DSM, the provider not only refused to recognize new information, they also refused to provide an explanation for their observations and therefore their misguide... read more
I wish there was zero stars. This doctor literally looked me in the face five times and told me I qualified as having PTSD but then when it came time to put it in writing, he would not so I don’t trust this group one bit and I really wish I never went here. Beware!
Felt belittled when I was being vulnerable, staff was very cold
Office staff is practically non-existent. They never ever return calls and when they do it still takes forever to get an appointment. But the doc who did my evaluation was top notch and really wonderful. So it was worth the headache. They never did send a report, though.
