Very unprofessional and weird service. My doctor had a consult with their patient liaison about my case, and they said that they were okay with taking me on as a patient. When I called, I was told over two weeks ago and I was told that they did not take my insurance, but since I had out of pocket benefits and had a PPO plan they did not mind billing out of pocket.
