Super effecient fast and friendly
Filling my prescription and having it shipped is easy and worth it. I will tell anyone who listens to use this pharmacy for their compounding needs!
DO NOT GO HERE. GO TO DAVIES IN CANTON OR PHARMACARE IN TALLMADGE. Absolutely some of the most rude, deplorable people I’ve had the displeasure of having to deal with. Awful customer service, extremely condescending and act like doing their job is just an egregious request. My husband ended up having to call in because I couldn’t handle how rude these people were to me and I ended up having to end the conversation and they were even awful to him. When I first started with CPG I had many issues, slow to respond, staff seemed miserable and inconvenienced when you called.. and less than helpful — but over the last 5-6 months I have noticed a MASSIVE shift. The staff are always joyful and pleasant on the phones and do anything to help.. answering questions and being available for help of any kind. Never not once have I dealt with anybody that sounded more condescending with no joy then when I call in here. The lady sounds like everything in her life is going wrong all at the same time and she’s answering calls With the tone that would make you want to go with anybody else. Please seek different employment or therapy because this is not the right role for you.
