Just aweful - Obviously VERY poorly managed. 2 days after Dr sends my script, they claim they never got it. Call Dr, Dr says he has confirmation fax. Totally annoying to have to babysit what should be straightforward. Plus their phone person is cold/rude threats you like you're a bother. 3 days to even enter prescription order … then 7 day projected fill time. Pathetic
