If there was an option for negative stars that’s what I would give on their payment and billing. Actual service and recovery was done with the help of two of my employees pulling the line. It’s the billing and charging that I would say these guys are scum bags. I called for a recovery of mini machine that fell over on its side. I was told $300 to come out plus $250 an hour. The recovery was complete within the hour. I get a bill for an extra hour because of the travel time and time it took for rolling back up the winch line.... read more
