My friend Mike, who helped me get property out of Compound Storage, said, " the owner shouldn't even be renting these. The metal handles to open the shipping containers are rusted, the latches to align for securing with a lock rusted, the hooks at the top of the doors are severely rusted, and this makes it difficult to secure the hook style latches st the top of the doors.
