This is my first time back at the gym in 6 years. I googled "gyms near me" and something about this place just caught my eye and triggered my interest. This gym PUTS YOU TO WORK! The women (and men) who go here are some of the strongest people and they motivate me in ways they can't even imagine. I wanna be like them one day. Compound Fitness is such an amazing place. Everyone is so warm and welcoming and they truly make you feel part of the family even if you’re brand new.

After 3 weeks at Compound Fitness my experience has been great. The activities are varied and challenging and the instructors adjust the exercises to each person’s needs. I highly recommend this gym to anyone who is serious about improving their fitness.

From the moment I walked through the doors a month ago, I knew this gym was different. The energy is real, the people are genuine, and the community is unmatched. The trainers don’t just guide you—they push you. They know when to challenge you, when to hold you accountable, and when to cheer you on. Every workout leaves you stronger, both mentally and physically. I truly look forward to each class and would recommend compound fitness every time!
