Deplorable customer service with faulty equipment. Really poor and frankly upsetting experience. Would give zero stars if it were an option.

Really bad experience with the customer service team. They reached out saying they had a wholesale discount scheme for gyms but when they quoted me for equipment it was the same cost as in their website. When I questioned that their reply was very rude and included relating my question as me trying to get free stuff. If they reach out and offer a discount, it’s false advertising to then proceed to not apply any discount beyond what’s on the website.
