My initial commitment to CF was a four month membership. I am now faced with suspending my membership due to personal business needs. THIS IS A SUSPENSION NOT A TERMINATION. I want to thank all the staff for pushing me to be the best version of myself I can be. Until next time, I will miss throwing the covers off and yawning all the way to the front door where I know I will engage in one of the best workouts any fitness center has to offer. Great new direction for that location. The improvements are subtle and impacting. Highly recommended.
I have finished my first month and am enjoying it more than I realized I would!! I feel stronger. The community is very supportive and the staff, incredible! I anticipate many more months to come. I invite all to come check it out… you will not be disappointed!
Compound Fitness is the best around. Every trainer takes special care of thier members and has such an extensive knowledge of fitness. Amanda and Parris are above none other and thier passion for people's health truely shows.
