Compound is by far the cleanest CrossFit gym I have ever been to! Everyone there was very kind and welcoming. The gym is small however it is well organized and they make the most of their space. While my gym was closing, Mike and Sara gave me a temporary home with no expectations, their kindness and generosity was very appreciated!
Always a great experience…..my gym away from home. Great coaching/guidance to continually improve. Programming is always a good intense workout, but can scale to fit your fitness goals. Impressed by how clean and organized the gym is.
I have been here for 1 year and I just have to say that I love this place, the coaches care and work about if you have a limitation or injury (in case you have one). They teach you every step and movement, they make you feel like home, they have a great customer service, simply they are awesome. When they say everyone is welcome, they mean it. I am going to miss this place. Thank you Sara and Mike for everything, I wish you all the best. 🫶
Amazing amazing amazing. The intentionally they have here. The education you gain. The level of commitment they show to make sure you walk out a better version of yourself. I highly recommend you check them out! Mike and his team are some of the best trainers I’ve ever ran across and their environment is awesome! 10/10 recommend!
Today was a very tough day. After completing 2 out of 4 Quarterfinal workouts, I found out that my judge’s license was not valid, and I had to redo those 2 workouts with only a few hours left. I would like to sincerely thank Compound CrossFit judge Hana Nelson, who agreed to judge me on short notice. With only 30 minutes left before the submission deadline, we managed to upload my completed workouts in time.
