Easy to sign up!! The class was great mike was instructions were clear and straightforward. The other people in the class were so nice and friendly. Anyone could come here it was very inclusive and welcoming!!
I love this place. I have been just a few days working out here and the coaches are really helpful, they care about every movement that you do and make modifications if you have an injury or any limitation. They are really nice, professional and make you feel comfortable.
My husband and I have been coming here for a little less than a month and we LOVE it. We have lifted on and off for 5 years and wanted to change things up. I am so glad we decided to try Compound CrossFit. Everyone is so kind, the coaches are knowledgeable, and the workouts are phenomenal! It’s great being able to walk into a class knowing you’re about to get a great workout in without having to think about it. I would recommend trying Compound CrossFit to anyone. We’re excited to continue growing and developing here!!!
What can I say, other than WOW. I've been to dozens of CrossFit gyms across the US and overseas, but none made me feel like home more than Compound CrossFit. I was in town for a few weeks for work and needed a gym to go to. The first time I walked in the door, I felt like family.
