Odin was fantastic. We first came across him seeking advice over the phone as we were quite remote and had an issue. He was more than happy to help so when we arrived at Cooktown we looked him up for a service. He was very thorough and took the time to explain a few things that would require attention when we finally get home to W.A. Definitely and highly recommend Compound Automotive 😊
5 stars for this company!!! Exceptional mechanical knowledge and customer service! On our family holiday up to the cape, our Dmax ran into a transmission issue. We limped it into Compound Automotive seeking advice on the issue when Odin (although busy with a job and on a Saturday at lunch time) took the time to speak to us without brushing us off and provided knowledgeable advice and ordered the required part immediately! While up north QLD on holiday I ran into trouble. I had just come off a dirt road when I hit the bitumen I could hear my back brakes and thought it was a rock caught in the rotor so I kept driving. Boy was I wrong I had Metal on metal. Did not expect that as the pads wee only a few months old and I had checked them before leaving home. We couldn’t recommend Compound Automotive highly enough especially Marty who went over and above to sort out our electrical issue between car and caravan. Who took the time with us at the caravan park across the road after hours. We really appreciate everything they did for us. Keep up the great work!
