I came to Composure for a specific lower back pain. I worked with Michaela who was able to help me identify the problem as well as treat it. After the session and doing some of the recommended stretching I woke up the next day without any pain in my lower back. This was my first time actually getting such quick resolution in an issue.
Erica has great hands and energy. She’s uniquely focused on your body. You will most definitely enjoy the experience.
Providing relaxation was Amber’s gift to me. She asked about my concerns and addressed them. Still getting massaged by Amber and just a magical experience. So good at her craft.
Absolutely incredible experience for my first massage ever. Was having lower back pain & tightness playing volleyball, but after Amber’s massage I felt completely fresh and painless. Absolutely recommend!
