I have been going to Composure Self Care Now for over 4 months now and have worked with Amber Ramsey with lymphatic drainage massage. Erica is the best masseuse I’ve ever had, she not only works on areas you need but also the rest of the body you didn’t even know you needed. I always leave feeling so much better and will always continue going here. The room has the perfect amount of space and tranquility. I can’t recommend her enough!

My experience at Composure has been fantastic. I had been battling tight muscles in my shoulder for years with other LMT's. Amber was able to get to the root of the problem in my first visit, and it was completely resolved by my second. Before that I had decided that I was just going to have to live with it.
