I was having some serious back pain issues and needed some help. Being from Arizona I looked for a local therapist and found Amber. Composure Self Care was just down the road from my daughters. Amber was very accommodating and helpful. She is friendly, caring and very knowledgeable. My treatment helped and I will continue to use Composure Self Care when I visit my family.
I booked with Amber and it was an amazing experience! I felt heard, understood, and educated about what she was doing and why. She helped me connect dots to why I had lower back/hip pain, and how this treatment would help solve for that. I already feel better, and 100% plan on putting this into my self-care routine! Oh - and Mavis? She provides a whole other level of healing !!! Having a pup there elevated the whole experience!
Do yourself a favor and make an appointment today! All the therapists are amazing here. They really understand what you’re looking for and can tell what your body needs. They take the time to talk with you and listen! This is the best massage therapy I’ve ever received. All the therapists are wonderful, try them all to find your perfect experience. Nothing but love and gratitude for them all!
Amber is wonderful! I went for a 90 minute lymphatic drainage massage. I suffer from overall inflammation at times and was having a flare up. I fell so stuck, swollen and weighed down mentally and physically. This was my first time getting this treatment and seeing Amber. She is wonderful, her space is beautiful and I loved her dog, Mavis’, sweet greeting and affection. Most importantly I feel so much better! I had an amazing massage with Amber! She really took the time to listen to my concerns and tailored the entire session to what I needed. I’ve been dealing with sciatica pain and recently had ACL reconstruction surgery, and she addressed both with so much care and expertise. I left feeling noticeably better and genuinely cared for. Plus, her dog Mavis is the cutest dog ever and made the whole experience even better. I highly recommend Amber to anyone looking for a thoughtful, skilled, and compassionate massage therapist!
