Its San Felipe. Dont expects a Cabo feel or La Paz cleanliness. The people are friendly. The vendors start out at 30 bucks and come down quickly if you keep walking. There are junkies in every major city so dont be surprised to see a couple. Mind your P's and Q's and dont leave stuff for thieves. Good food to be found. Tasty drinks. Plenty of Ex Pat's. Have fun
